Mrs. Joanne Shea Philpott is a graduate from the Salve Regina University Class of 1962. She majored in Foods and Nutrition. In this interview we discuss how she came to Salve, the Foods and Nutrition curriculum, her post-graduate dietitian internship, social life for the students, and the presence of the Kennedys in Newport.
