Abstract
This article examines Chester T. Minker, a high school dropout that would later become known throughout the world for his developments in underwater ordnances. Minkler’s inventions such as the hydrostatic pressure to the firing mechanism, and the magnetic field regulator would contribute to the rapid advancement of warfare technologies in both world wars.
