Description
This Capstone Research Assessment (CRA) focuses on the growing threat of Organized Retail Crime (ORC) across New England and the United States. The assessment examines how the lack of consistent reporting from establishments, as well as insufficient training among investigators, has led to ineffective investigations and low apprehension rates.
