Abstract
During the months of January through April 2, 2024, Department of Criminal Justice and Criminology (CJC) students from Salve Regina University in Newport, Rhode Island, conducted a survey on the performance of the Middletown Police Department (MPD) and its personnel. Of the 314 total responses received, 103 responses were received via online collection and 211 responses were received via survey letter response. Under the direction of Professor Robert Hehl, the research team included the following students: Victoria Garcia, Mary Evans, Tim McGuire.
