Janet Robinson is an alumna of Salve Regina, class of 1972, where she was an education major and an English minor. She discussed what attracted her to the college, and what her college experience was like. She also talked about her extensive career in the New York Times, where she worked her way up to being president of the company. She described why she made the career change, and how she worked her way up. The last part of the interview focused on her experience on the Board of Trustees at Salve Regina, including the Board’s responsibilities, goals they have, and her take on working with a couple of the University’s presidents, including Sr. Therese Antone and Sr. Jane Gerety.
