Petrarca began the interview discussing his background and how he eventually joined the Administration of Justice department at Salve Regina. The discussion then moved to Petrarca’s specialty in corrections, his involvement in the graduate program at Salve Regina, and his experiences working with a variety of students throughout the years. The remainder of the interview reflected on some of Petrarca’s most memorable moments at Salve Regina, discussion of people, faculty and students, who have made a significant impression on his experience, the changes he’s seen with the university throughout his career, and what he sees and hopes for Salve Regina moving forward.
