Alumna Jeanne Knox, class of 1970, recalls her time in the nursing program at Salve Regina college, discussing the grueling schedule, the strict campus rules and social life, the impact of the feminist movement on the student body, the Newport community, and the cultural context of being a student at a Catholic women's college in the late 1960s. She also talks about her life and career after graduating.
